Nina Wilde is involved in the FOCUS-R study as someone who’s many life stressors from a young age have had a negative impact on her own health. Nina is dedicated to managing stress and living as healthy life as possible. She is happy to be included in the FOCUS-R team as needed and as the recognition on how people can take more personalised steps to acknowledging and managing stress evolves through this research.Read More
