Deep breathing
I've used deep breathing more regularly. I even used it to get through a dental appointment!
Considering the consequences
I've really focused on thinking of the outcomes of stressful events... If work doesn't get done, then it's not the end of the world! (differing levels of success with this strategy).

Stress awareness
Just go with the flow and don't catastrophise as it only makes you feel more stressed. Commit only to what I know I can achieve to limit added pressure. Accept my health conditions and work life around them.
